It has been designed to handle ROM (Runoff Mines) effectively in extremely wide fields such as aggregate, ceramic, mining, etc.
It ensures constant feed to the primary crusher and also eliminates the unwanted material like soil or prevents fines from entering primary crusher thereby reducing wear and tear of the primary crusher.
The equipment is installed before the primary crusher with both feeding and scalping function.

RECIPROCATING PLATE FEEDER
RECIPROCATING PLATE FEEDER is used to extract the material from surge hopper and feed the same to secondary crusher. The flat structure at the base tilted at an angle allows it to handle the material effectively. The capacity can be easily varied as per the requirement by altering the power input to the motor.
